Return/Refund Policy

All items must be returned to us in the condition they were received in. We only offer store credit for returns. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and smoke, deodorant and perfume free. All original tags must be attached (please note that some items purchased online might not have tags). We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.  

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Items purchased with a discount code
  • Sale Items
  • Items that have been altered, worn, damaged, or tags/packaging tampered with 
  • Products that have been opened, seal broken, or tampered with

All items must be delivered back to Hair Couture within 30 days of being delivered to you. We will use the delivery date from the USPS tracking link provided at the time of shipment. Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns on any purchases for store credit.

If you live in Northwest Arkansas, feel free to bring your return to our store. 

Once the return is received, please allow 5 business days for processing. You will receive a personal online code via email. This can be used online. 

DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive a damaged/defective item, please email within 5 days of delivery. Please include a picture of the damage and your order number. 

LOST PACKAGES: USPS provides insurance up to $100 on Priority Mail packages. We recommend upgrading to $8 Priority shipping at check out. Riffraff is not liable for USPS First Class Mail packages that are lost or stolen and will not offer a refund. 

EXCHANGES: Hair Couture does not offer exchanges due to ever changing inventory and back orders from manufacturers and suppliers. 


  • All items have to be returned in the original packaging. 
  • After the item has been worn, it’s yours for good! We reserve the right to refuse a returned item that was reported as damaged if the items show any sign of wear or usage.


Let us know by emailing if there is something missing or incorrect about your order when you receive it. All reports must be made within 7 days of receiving your order or it will not be accepted. We'll send you a prepaid return label to ship back the incorrect item. Once you've received the label, please send back the incorrect item as soon as possible so that we can ship you the correct item.


Adjustments cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before a promotion discount was activated. During promotions, please make sure your discount is applied to the order total prior to completing order.


If you make a purchase in store, then need to return it by shipping it please be sure to include the store receipt. Items returned from the store that do not have the tags attached will not be accepted.
