We only offer store credit for returns.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met:
- Original packaging seal is intact
- All original tags are attached
- Item has not been altered, worn or damaged
Some items purchased online might not have tags. We reserve the right to refuse a returned item that was reported as damaged if the items show any sign of wear, usage or alteration.
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Items purchased with a discount code
- Sale Items
All items must be delivered back to Hair Couture within 30 days of being delivered to you. We will use the delivery date from the USPS tracking link provided at the time of shipment. Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns on any purchases for store credit.
Please include the receipt in your return package. If your receipt was left out please email email@example.com.
The return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return labels. Please send returns to:
Returning In-Store Purchases
If you make a purchase in store, you may return in by shipping or in-store. If you choose to ship, please include the receipt from the in-store purchase.
Once the return is received, please allow 5 business days for processing. You will receive a personal online code via email.
If you receive a damaged/defective item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of delivery. Please include a picture of the damage and your order number.
If something is missing or incorrect when you receive your order, please email email@example.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number. If the item is incorrect, we'll send you a prepaid return label to ship back the incorrect item. Once you've received the label, please send back the incorrect item as soon as possible so that we can ship you the correct item.
USPS provides insurance up to $100 on Priority Mail packages. We recommend upgrading to $8 Priority shipping at check out. Hair Couture is not liable for USPS First Class Mail packages that are lost or stolen and will not offer a refund.
Hair Couture does not offer exchanges due to ever-changing inventory and back orders from manufacturers and suppliers.
Adjustments cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before a promotion discount was activated. During promotions, please make sure your discount is applied to the order total prior to completing order.
